Foreign trade supervisor 6k-10k, associate degree or less -1 year - full-time

Job Responsibilities:
Under the leadership of the general manager, implement the company's rules and regulations, and achieve various economic indicators issued by the company; Regularly hold scientific meetings to summarize work, timely grasp the department's business progress and economic benefits, and properly arrange business work.
2. Collect and accumulate information, analyze market trends, select appropriate sales markets, and develop import and export business.
3. Establish and develop customer relationships, conduct research on customers, determine and sign contracts carefully, develop practical and feasible business plans, and submit them to the company for approval.
4. In the process of import and export business and international freight forwarding business operations, arrange salespersons to do a good job in document tracking and post order work.
5. Track production progress and product quality, communicate effectively with customers and factories, accurately and quickly convey relevant information, and make timely decisions to ensure timely shipment and safe collection of goods.
6. Organize employees to study business knowledge seriously, participate in job training, improve comprehensive quality, and cultivate the ability to adapt to the constantly developing international economic and trade situation.
7. Obey work arrangements and complete other tasks assigned by the company in a timely manner.
Job requirements:
1. Educational requirements: College degree or above
2. Language requirements: Good English reading and writing skills, with English proficiency certificate preferred.
3. Proficient in using office and other related office software.
4. Requires at least one year of work experience, preferably in the chemical industry, under the age of 35, stable and down-to-earth.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, with a 1.5-hour break at noon, no overtime, and weekends off
